Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We currently ship within the United States only.
Orders may be delivered by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other trusted shipping partners depending on your location and carrier availability.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 7–14 business days after your order has been dispatched.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless a free shipping promotion is currently available.

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.
7. Delivery Issues
Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please:

If the package is still missing after 48 hours, please contact us and we will assist you in opening a carrier investigation.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the package, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
8. Split Shipments
In some cases, items may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. There will be no additional shipping charge for split shipments.

Delivery may be delayed during holidays, peak shopping seasons, severe weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or other force majeure events.
